
Hey there! It’s Katherine again! Even though we have been experiencing June gloom, the summer is just around the corner so I would like to share a few tips on how to protect and strengthen your hair. Here are a few tips:

Protect your scalp and hair by using a special UV spray protectant.
- Avoid aggressive brushing of hair-especially when hair is damp or wet.
- Ensure your skincare regimen includes a sunblock. Many moisturizers have sunblock already in them -make sure yours does.
- Protect your hair from the effects of chlorine and harsh chemicals by using deep cleansers after swimming.
- Let your hair loose. Give your hair a break and look for hair bands that don’t pull or snag.
- Give your skin plenty of rehydration by drinking lots of water and moisturizing throughout the day.
